Position SummaryTelework position, can be located anywhere in the US. This position is responsible for member-facing outreach to support Medicare part D stars initiatives. Calls are made to members across the country, so work hours may include any appropriate call times for North American time zones.Responsibilities of this position include:- Execute clinical pharmacy programs- Coordinate strategies for increasing adherence- Utilize motivational interviewing and health coaching to impact member behavior- Communication with pharmacies and provider offices as appropriate- Ensure effective collaboration with internal and external matrix partners to support clinical programs- Work collaboratively with leadership and management to adapt and strengthen business and operational processes- Other duties as required
Required Qualifications- 1+ years of experience with Medicare Stars, managed care or population health- 2+ years of customer or patient-facing experience
This position does include travel up to 10%

Enhanced knowledge of pharmacy and claims processing- Excellent organizational and analytical skills- Superior communication skills with patients and clinicians- Ability to prioritize daily to monthly deliverables- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and SharepointPreferred Qualifications- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or equivalent clinical training
? Knowledge of formulary designs, prescription benefit trends- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,700.00 – $105,100.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
